Sale of Westside Private Hospital


Nova Health Limited (Nova) today announced that it has sold Westside Private Hospital in Concord, New South Wales for $3.5m.

The land and buildings have been purchased by Australian Public Trustees Ltd. The business will be owned and operated by Owen Ferguson Health Pty Ltd.

Operational control will transfer in mid January 2005. Settlement will occur in late March 2005.

The proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce debt in accordance with Nova's strategic plan.
